Today...

Customers are always telling me that they never see me without a smile. Today was no different, except for the fact that I feel a HUGE pressure to continually be this way. A regular customer told me that if he ever saw me without a smile that it would have to be a sign of the Apocalypse! I couldn't help but to laugh, but then as our conversation continued he said that it would either be a sign of the Apocalypse or some guy to make me stop smiling. Two random events, and I don't know how this man could piece my life together like that. Oh how I love customers and their witty banter, someday I will tell you all the ridiculous stories that I hear on a daily basis.

I also received a "fortune" in my fortune cookie today as I was catching up with my best friend, and it said: "Continually give and you will continually have." I liked it (even though it's more of a wise saying than a fortune!) and thought I would share it, as well as making it my mantra for a bit.

Thats happened to me before also! I was at the grocery store across the street from my house and the cashier mentioned to me "wow everytime I see you, you have a smile on your face" so from there on everytime I'm in her line I make sure I smile while there are still people in front of me I feel like its mandatory now!
