...I find the way that weird is spelled weird. I mean it doesn't follow the rule, "I before E except after C, or when sounding like A as in neighboring way." No wonder it is hard for many to learn English when there are all these exceptions to the rules. Weird is...me blogging about the way weird is spelled! I am such a nerd!
Anyways...
Dinner last night was a success! I made
Black Bean and Toasted Corn Tacos. They were really good and simple to make. I didn't put the jarred toasted red peppers on it because I couldn't find it at the market. But, it was still good without it!
